      Pros

      I have seen entry level employees promoted to supervision and then to upper management. We believe in the employees and promote within when possible. The business is stronger than I have ever seen. Lots of growth at USAP. Come join our team!!

      We are a steel mill. Hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Hard work every day and shift.

      Pros

      Easy work, good amount of down time between pouring. Lots of hours. Relatively clean for a melt shop. Good crew mates.

      Cons

      The only thing I think could be improved is the room for advancement/wages.
