      Pros

      Feeling really positive about the strategy at UpSkill this year. There’s a new leadership team and they have had a big impact in a short space of time. The people are smart and it’s a diverse, mission driven team.

      Cons

      Sometimes it feels like we are building the plane while we’re flying it, not always a bad thing but you need to be up for the challenge.
