      UpdatePromise is a place where Intrapreneurs have an opportunity to truly excel. The Company encourages execution through ownership and accountability while providing the opportunity to create and innovate. I started as a consultant many years ago and made the choice to become a part of the permanent team because of the Vision, Mission and Opportunity!

      The Company is changing the industry it serves, and this is no easy task. The mission is filled with both opportunity and challenges. You must be willing to get outside your comfort zone and challenge yourself,

      Pros

      The owners, the family, the work life balance. The team members that you get to work with everyday. The fact that everyone in the company is aligned with 1 goal. The team is committed to providing a unique launch and post launch experience while taking feedback from dealers weekly and adjusting quickly.

      Cons

      The only things I can say may be a con would be the health and 401k benefits.
