Fast paced environment working with experienced professionals in all roles, building and delivering new technology. Opportunity to work together in person but with flexibility when required.
Cons
Like all start-ups not everything is in place on day 1, you'll have to shape the environment as you go in some instances.

Company provides regular communication, listen to and consider new ideas, and continually encouraging growth, both personally and professionally. You get to work with top leaders; smart, collaborative, willing to share (you typically don't get such easy access and support!) Our clients are top name brands and we are doing incredible things that impact the way retailers are becoming more effective with their online sales. That's powerful and fun to be associated with.
Cons
No Company is perfect. While we grow, there are things that are evolving (office space, formalising processes etc.) that come along with any growing Company. It's important not to get hung up on what's wrong, but to focus on what is happening that is right and the progress in actions (not just words) that support that. With this growth and fast pace, is an opportunity to define procedures and the bigger role you play in it. That mindset is rewarded at Upp!
