      Pros

      Salary on Time.   Five-day working. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.  Learning Opportunity is very vast.  High level of Ownership at work & freedom to do work. Rewards & Recognition. Keeping the employees encouraged & motivate. I love employee engagement activities.

      USA work standards, Management is really supporting and open minded, Employee friendly work policies, Salary on time and wonderful work systems. Top management is ready to listen to our concerns. Weekends are off. Culture is inclusive. In house english training and games. they have video game room as well. No Layoffs
