Great place to grow

Pros

One of the things I appreciate most is the focus on career growth. I've had the chance to stretch into new responsibilities, take on meaningful projects, and receive actionable feedback that actually helps me improve. Leadership encourages personal development and celebrates when people grow into new roles. What really sets this place apart is the freedom to own decisions. You're trusted to make calls, solve problems creatively, and learn from what works (and what doesn't). That level of autonomy is rare and makes the work feel meaningful.

Cons

If I had to name one con, it's that some leadership hires haven't quite aligned with the company's expectations. Fortunately, the company is self-aware and willing to course correct, which gives me confidence in the direction we're headed

Pros

A truly mission-driven company that values both its users and its employees. Leadership is transparent, approachable, and genuinely invested in employee growth. Hybrid and remote flexibility without sacrificing collaboration or culture. Smart, humble, and driven coworkers who make even the toughest challenges enjoyable. Strong focus on innovation — great place for builders and problem-solvers. Excellent benefits, equity, and work-life balance. Open communication channels and regular company-wide updates keep everyone aligned

Cons

Rapid growth means priorities can shift quickly — adaptability is key. Because it’s a high-performance culture, expectations are high (not necessarily a con for everyone).
