      Pros

      Outstanding team, onboarding support and management. Their is a genuine drive to support and enable you to do your best from the entire management team. The balance between pragmatism and optimism is both mature and ensures positive energy. Uptake technology is first class and has been coupled with a strategy that delivers positive results to customers. It is supported with highly capable teams in sales, marketing, development, support and delivery. Everyone has been generous with their time and knowledge to help onboard me, and this carries through to customers with a true customer first attitude from everyone.

      I have not found any cons at Uptake yet, quite the contrary.

      This company has the potential to be a leader in a fast growing market. AI applied to maintenance strategies for vehicles, windmills and beyond has a lot of legs

      Cons

      The market this company plays in is pretty antiquated, it is going to be a heavy lift to get these old school companies to modernize
