Extremly unstable environment - Run away!

Pros

Compensation may be ok depending on the role.

Cons

The company culture is heavily driven by micromanagement, which makes it difficult for employees to work independently, grow professionally, or feel trusted in their roles. Employee turnover appears to be very high. During my time there, it was common to see people leave or be let go within a few weeks/months, and almost nobody remains with the company for more than 4–6 months. This created an unstable work environment and made it difficult to build long-term teams or maintain continuity across projects. In my opinion, the management style can feel overly controlling, and feedback is never welcomed. As a result, many employees seem to leave as soon as they have other opportunities available. Some of the longest-tenured employees appeared to stay primarily because of visa sponsorship or immigration-related considerations. I would not recommend this company to candidates looking for a supportive, collaborative, or stable workplace. Prospective employees should carefully research the organization and speak with current and former employees before accepting an offer.

Pros

Small company. Subcontractor. You have direct exposure to the on site work and more responsibilities than you would het to experience with a large general contractor.

Cons

Extended work hours. Cannot expect a fixed organizational structure . It is modified to suit the nature of the job. But everyone works with a lot of flexibility which is the key for productivity.

Pros

Salary and recources. The projects always had what they needed and all bills were paid on time.

Cons

Extreme Personnel Turnover. People had an average of 4 months from being hired to being fired. It was a chain reaction. People left, then someone had to take over and somehow manage the work load of two people, some up to three or even four people, then those who took over would quit or get fired because they could't handle too much.
