They do very well with allowing work/life balance. If you have a medical or personal issue they will work with you and support you when needed.

Cons

This isn’t a con, they focus of self directed work. If you are someone who needs a manager telling you what to do, this isn’t the place for you. If you are someone who can work independently, setting personal goals to set yourself up for success, this is the place for you.
