Pros

Everyone has been super nice and willing to answer any questions you have. If they don't know they answer, they'll talk to someone who does and figure it out with you.

Cons

If you work in the Head Start program, there will be days that are draining and make you question if you're a right fit for the job. It's okay though. Those days won't last and the bonds you make with the kids will grow stronger and help you get through it.

At Utah Community Action, I honestly don't have any cons to mention. I've found the experience incredibly rewarding and fulfilling, with no notable drawbacks to speak of.
