Fantastic place to work. Good people, good culture. Everyone wants you to succeed and gives you the tools to do so. Senior management is easily accessible.

Cons

The URS investments department gives employees extremely interesting work, and opportunities to interact with the brightest minds in finance globally. Great work-life balance.

Cons

The compensation structure does not allow for bonus or incentive pay. Some may view this as a con; however, it is essential to the culture of incentivizing long-term, aligned decision making on investment and allocation decisions. URS may rate lower on diversity, for others accustomed to more diverse workforces in larger cities, but even so, has a diverse staff, considering the Utah location.
