Many oportunities to develop and grow. A wide range of projects. Fast paced.

Cons

Few employees are not as invested and there is no oversight. We have to work more for them to cover up the loss of productivity.

It's a great company, that looks after its staff. The management are approachable and friendly and organise several company events throughout the year. Investment casting is also in a very interesting industry.

Cons

I can't think of any particular issues.
