#Sometimes need to take stress, which is a common fact in all client based orgs #Need to get out of client serving only, I mean to go for Product based services #It is highly suggested to catchup with some foreign clients #Proper documentation and management is good for all #Can focus on intra team training and shadowing, depending on one person is dangerous for both team player and company
