The team is very kind, supportive, and helpful. We work together to get amazing work done for our clients. None of the typical office drama.
Cons
An in-office position. So not a fit for remote only type employment needs.

- Very flexible, they are always accommodating for personal appointments and family life -Willing to listen if there is an issue with work balance and mental health -Small business and family oriented -Takes on entry level if you are willing to learn and work -Variety of clientele, so work stays unrepetitive -Process are that of a small business but developing
Cons
-It is a growing small business so you do wear many hats -Some of the processes are not streamlined like in a larger company but there have been major developments
