- Team is very skilled at what they do and driven to help clients succeed. Everyone is a professional - VaynerCommerce is not like any other digital agency or partner. It has a number of other competitive advantages and structures engagements to have a vested interest in client success - Lots of opportunity for growth and really challenging oneself - Extremely supportive team members!
Cons
- To have east and west coast coverage, the working hours are longer on Monday to Thursday and then half days on Fridays. Just make sure this aligns with your lifestyle and commitments before joining
