Talented, collaborative culture with high standards for creative output and client service. You learn a lot here and have interactions with several departments (social, digital, media).

Cons

Package is competitive but not necessarily at the higher end of the market, however this is compensated with lots of learning and development, growth opportunities etc

A brilliant agency with fantastic offices but above all, the very best people who care about not just the work, but also each other!

Cons

Not enough space in the office but this is what happens when you grow so much and are very successful! It can feel very frantic however you'd rather that than not being able to fill your office with people.
