      1. Professional atmosphere and lack of politics or intrigue. 2. Fast-growing business. 3. CEO is honest and responsive. 4. Overall quality of team is very high. 5. The challenge is stimulating.

      Cons

      There is always some risk (but also upside) with an early stage company (about two years of active operations).
