Amazing benefits, flexible working hours. The management team truly understands and values its employees. They are always open to ideas and conversations, creating an environment where everyone feels appreciated and supported. If needed, they are willing to listen and work together to ensure that everyone’s voice is heard. Great company culture.

Cons

I can't pinpoint any significant downsides, but like any company, there’s always room for improvement as VHR grows and adapt.
