- Very international and talented people who are all driven to achieve - Flat hierarchies mean collaboration between interns and directors - The company is trying to solve real consumer problems with products - The company cares about its people and wants them to grow with them

There are no real cons to consider since the company is young and small and doing everything it can to grow so it can improve in all areas
