      Pros

      Small Pharma with a family feel work culture environment. Everyone knows everyone and most employees have a wide range of extensive pharmaceutical industry experience so there’s a wealth of knowledge and growth potential is there.

      Cons

      Being that it’s a smaller pharmaceutical company you may have to roll up your sleeves and were many hats. Also change is inevitable so just be aware and able to adequately adjust.

      Pros

      VIVUS is a well-established company that has recently re branded itself. CEO has communicated a long term strategy and employees are on board. A new product was recently launched, additional resources are being applied to commercial products and a new product is in the pipeline. Top down communication is good. It's a great time to work at VIVUS

      Cons

      Small company environment may not be for everybody. Some employees wear many hats and are getting a variety of work experience.
