Pros

- Well looked after by management. You have quite a lot of autonomy when it comes to being managed; you can work alongside your manager to find a management approach that works for you, whether that's more hand-off/independent, or more hands-on/day to day support. Not micro-managed, unless you want this (which I personally find works better for me). - People, relationships, personal development focused, not KPI/target driven. Targets, as in any industry, are important for a number of reasons. Whilst this holds true in recruitment, and performance of course matters, VMA Group do not impose targets (e.g., call stats) on their consultants with the same degree of importance that you might typically expect for a recruitment company. - Flexible working: is actually flexible and you can choose a work pattern that works for you - Opportunity: VMA Group is an industry-leader in its field (corporate communications + marketing/digital) and has a strong brand. This, in turn, means lots of work comes in on a reactive basis, rather than depending on business development activities to secure work
