Pros

There is a lot to learn in the company, you actually get to work on things from scratch and build something that you could be proud of. A few things/projects you get to work on can become the highlight of your careers, I have noticed many people are working here for past 8-9 years. This can be a very good place if you want to learn and grow and are passionate about doing things.

Cons

The work may get a bit hectic at times.

Pros

The company offers a good learning environment, especially for individuals who are early in their careers or looking to gain hands-on experience. The product itself is solid and provides meaningful exposure to real-world challenges. Having a supportive and capable manager makes day-to-day work manageable, and there are opportunities to understand different aspects of the business and product development. The organization actively encourages and implements continuous improvement initiatives, fostering innovation, enhancing processes, and supporting long-term growth for both employees and the business.

Cons

The organization follows a largely on-site work model with strict working hours. The absence of a formal work-from-home policy and limited flexibility can sometimes make work–life balance challenging, and closely guided decision-making may reduce autonomy at times.
