      It is a very small company meaning they care about you a lot more than a huge larger company. There is lots of fun culture activities that go along throughout the year very supportive team. They match with 401(k) and they have wonderful benefits.

      Being a smaller company, meaning that people wear more hats than normal, but it means that you’re more involved in the company.
