      Great kids and staff very supportive. Parents always have great stuff to say about the school. Highly qualified staff.

      High expectations. Focus on data collecting. State holidays not observed.

      dedicated highly qualified staff able to communicate directly with students and sensitive to their learning needs high accountability

      Cons

      low morale among some staff "poisons" the environment for others administration and some staff not always supportive of each other very cliquey in some circles
