Pros
Good money, good hours once you get seniority and get a bid you want, most PSO’s are professional and help you get used to the job and environment as long as you do your job.
Cons
You will work a lot of overtime your first year because the company is always understaffed, getting time off with so many employees being military reservists is hard especially during summer, you have to qualify with your weapon every 6 months and wear a uniform.
