- Clear and helpful walk throughs of the apps used within the company. - Uplifting and welcoming team - All questions answered and explained without the judgement if lacking in knowledge

Cons

Follow ups on the onboarding in terms of the online use. Whether you don't or you do have prior experience in Teams, Outlook and the internal soft wares, the new starters all get the same introduction to these, which could lead to some getting brushed over quicker.

A great recruitment process. From the initial application to the job offer, the Talent team were attentive and provided regular updates. They were all very helpful and answered any questions I had. The onboarding process was structured well, with a step by step process.
