      Pros

      Great environment, especially for young professionals looking to make their mark on the world and provide a real contribution to a company and an important mission. You take your own ideas and run with them, and it’s refreshing to be trusted to get on with things instead of micromanaged.

      Cons

      This is 100% remote so if you thrive in the office then it’s not going to be a good fit.

      Mission Driven Company with an Incredible Culture

      Pros

      You are going to find the smartest and genuinely the most collaborative team I have ever worked with. Everyday is learning opportunity! It is also very exciting due the global clients we work with and how our tech is enabling them to actually reduce their carbon footprint.

      Cons

      This is a culture that thrives on initiative and you need to be able to take on a task and run with it. If you need hand holding or an advanced corporate structure then this is not the place for you.
