      Pros

      Friendly supportive co-workers, a focus on technology that's bringing highly skilled and rewarding manufacturing jobs to Elmhurst, IL. Val-Matic has a Wall of Fame (so to speak) in their training room, pictures of the many 25+ year employees, it speaks volumes to the low attrician rate of this 50 year old employee owned company. Senior management is experienced, competent and respected.

      Cons

      Traffic, but most people with longer commutes are able to flex their work hours, it helps.
