Valamis acknowledges its employees. Very good work culture and plenty opportunities to learn create an engaging environment for growth. There is no real competition between colleagues,. This enables an everyone-helps-everyone mindset.

Cons

Like most Software start ups Valamis is very agile, while this is an advantage in some cases, it also means a lot of changes.
