Pros
Great leadership and training from management. The founder is very hands on, professional, and truly cares about their teams success. I’ve grown so much in my marketing, sales, and overall business knowledge! The commission bonuses are extremely generous and attainable for the person who comes in with a goal and great attitude every day.
Cons
The first week of training is a bit challenging, there’s a lot to learn quickly. Make sure to practice client information and do the homework!
