Pros

Life here is really what you make of it. It has so many opportunities and the people are great. I look up to and respect the leadership. Great growth trajectory. They take care of their people.

Cons

Because the company is young, it doesn’t have as much structure as some larger firms. This is also an opportunity if you are interested in having more autonomy and a greater footprint on the development of the firm!
