      Pros

      -Company prides itself in building long term relationships with customers and constantly meeting their unmet needs -Family owned company from top to bottom, and environment is reflected as such (team appreciation events, birthday celebrations, free daily salad bar/snacks/drinks, etc) -Compensation and benefits package is hard to beat (401k match, HSA contributions, etc) -Smaller company, which means that employees are sometimes asked to wear different hats and contribute to the team effort -To whom much is given (high compensation, great benefits), much is expected

      Cons

      -Company constantly evolving to stay ahead of the curve with marketplace trends, so if you're looking for a static, mellow, and slow workplace, this is probably not the place for you

      Valutek is a world class operation with a continual approach towards growing the business based on educating customers and exceeding their customers expectations. This is a family owned company that strives to recognize employee strengths and reward these individuals accordingly. There have hosted company luncheons monthly, and delicious homemade treats for the Monday morning meetings.

      Cons

      The only challenge within this company is the passion within the sales group to "hit the cover off of the ball" on a continual basis. The development of the sales team is a fluid process which requires everyone on the sales team to exceed expectations. Your success is in direct correlation with the effort which you put forth. Common sense equation.
