Vantaca is very fast paced, and allows you to bring new ideas to the table. They aren't afraid to give solid feedback, and the potential they see in their employees is amazing, which means as an employee you are always growing.

Cons

Very fast paced, must be willing to bring your A game, and it can be intimidating.

Pros

Fully remote with occasional onsite visits to Wilmington (a great bonus). The company is growing quickly, both internally and with its client base, offering strong long-term potential. Leadership is supportive, hands-on, and willing to jump in with their teams. I feel like my voice is heard and valued especially among other leaders. Even as a remote company, the culture is collaborative and positive, and the industry itself is constantly evolving. Vantaca truly stands out in the market.
