      Great, when it was family owned until 2020. Sherri, Willie, and Bev always listened and cared.

      Pros

      3 family owners were active in the business and knew everyone and cared. It isn't the same after it was bought by a new company, Angstrom. New owners don't visit or know who we are or care about all the great work on lean and continuous improvement that was done. Air-conditioned shop floor, which was great in the heat of summer.

      Cons

      Long days and overtime are needed at times for 24/6 or 24/7 weeks.

      Pros

      Great people and core values that everyone demonstrates daily. Their open door policy really helps create an open and free atmosphere to work in.

      Cons

      Some times they ask for people to work overtime on a very short notice and that messes with peoples home life a bit.
