Vast knowledge and experience in various companies needs and infrastructure . Team first environment . Easy to obtain help and leadership helps you grow and expand in your role . Weekly touch-points with IT team to have company on same page . Team building activities.
Cons
The only con was healthcare benefits were expensive .

Pros
Varay is understanding when it comes to the well being of its employees and family emergencies. Everyone who works here is very knowledgeable in their skillset and that knowledge is shared between the team. This makes this a really good place to learn and grow. If you need something to be able to do your job upper management always is accommodating.
Cons
Since everyone is extremely smart it can be overwhelming not knowing how to do something but everyone is friendly so that wears quickly. Varay gives a lot of responsibility which can be good and bad if you are not up for it. Can be fast paced for some.
