The unique structure of Venbrook supports multiple revenue streams and provides employees with very diverse career path opportunities. Our new Chief Claims Officer (Awais Farooq) is heavily focused on growth, which will open advancement opportunities. New programs are being onboarded and existing clients are expanding. The three TPA operations have strong reputations within the industry, which is the result of the dedication and daily effort put forth by the claims staff to deliver an exceptionally high service level and quality claims handling.
Cons
In claims, we are in the midst of change. Although some may view 'change' as a con, the focus of these changes is designed to make us a stronger, more united organization, and allow us to better leverage and market the expertise we have in the three TPA operations. This will also open cross over opportunities.
