I started as a prospect manager and was assigned to a calling campaign in California. It took me two weeks to get my first appointment. The owners worked with me and as promised they took me to the next level. I quickly got the hang of it and moved up to account manager fast. I just got out of the military and I had a little experience from a previous IT hardware company. They really know the B2B arena. The time off is generous, benefits are great, and the leaders make work fun.

+Employee focused company- ability to work from home, some flexibility with hours, competitive pay, health/vision/dental benefits +Training- they want you to succeed! weekly evaluations leads to the management staff being well versed in your talents/struggles so they know how to help, training on programs/applications weekly, orientation is a week long process to make sure you understand what you are doing +Lean company- more personal environment, lots of room for growth, great culture, ability to move up +Transparency- CEO gives a weekly update about progress of company, not forced to hide things from clients, you know exactly where you stand +NO MICROMANAGING!!! - they hire you based off your experience and expect that you will do what is necessary to do your job, no managers breathing down your neck
