      Good job with reasonable expectations. Paid holidays. PTO.

      Hard to move up, but that is because many of the current employees are still there after 30 years.

      Pros

      hands down the people are the best reason to work at venkel. The benefits are descent and the hours are great Monday through Friday

      Cons

      there is no room for advancement everyone thats there isnt leaving making it hard to move up and the pay is ok if you can get a raise
