      Pros

      Venn's company culture has definitely been the highlight for me. The HR manager and Managing Director have created a real inspiring and welcoming culture, where you really feel empowered (no matter what your role is). If you're someone who thrives on autonomy and making a real impact, you will be recognised and genuinely valued. I've had such an enjoyable 2 years here, and have made some close friends! Coming to work every day was something I genuinely looked forward to.

      Pros

      I really enjoy my work and it's great to see the hard work of the team pay off for our clients too. The team as a whole are the best group I've ever worked with and each and every one of them is a team player.

      Cons

      We can be very busy at times however this is reflective of the success of the team as we regularly onboard new clients.
