• My voice and opinions are heard • I have an honest relationship with my manager - when I'm stuck or burnt out, I can communicate it at any time • PTO policy is perfect and I'm encouraged to take time off • Relaxed office culture, attire, and great amenities • Lots of dad jokes, "The Office" references, and puns using the word "Venn"
Cons
With any small team, you tend to wear more hats. The positive of that: more experience, involvement in the company, and opportunity to use your skills. The negative: busy seasons can turn into some burnout (especially if you're a perfectionist like me).
