Pros
Potentially some of the best cannabis in the world...when facilities are at their best and post harvest comes through well. It wasn't all the time, but when everything came together, the cannabis was world class.
Cons
Sometimes it seemed like the owner was trying to destroy the company by being penny wise and pound foolish. It was a massive struggle with 10s of thousands of dollars lost per round because the owner didn't want to pay just a few thousand to better maintain the facilities. Passion for the product doesn't really mean anything to management and lots of great growers jumped ship because of the chaos.

management is a mess upper level management is also very disorganized and doesn't respect their employees, treats them like they are disposable doesn't pay well or offer many benefits
