Pros

- Hungry people are rewarded - Plenty of room for advancement - Your input is highly valued and is often transformed into a new product feature or improvement - Laid back and flexible environment - Focus on quality of business development over quantity - Lunch/drinks are provided multiple days/nights per week

Cons

- 15-minute walk from bart - If you need a very structured position where you are essentially a robot, then this place is probably not for you - It's a little loud from all the people talking on the phone

Pros

It's a small team, where everyone gets to collaborate with one another. You get to also work closely with the CEO. It's a very casual environment, like many startups in the Bay Area.

Cons

The work load is heavy.

Pros

A lot of development/transition this year within the company. New direction for marketing/sales/account management. Each member is exposed to different projects and promotes communication and transparency within the company. Def more structured and organized to bring out the best of all team members.

Cons

work life balance can be difficult to manage but that goes for all the other prominent start ups.
