Pros
Vermilion is a dynamic, purpose-driven agency that attracts smart, energized folks to do great work for clients who make a positive difference. Um, yeah, it's got a lot going for it. The office is bright, open, and conveniently located. It's dog-friendly, which brings a good energy. Most important: the people are great! — smart, talented, good humans.
Cons
No one — and, by extension, no business — is perfect. The people who seem to excel here are more comfortable jumping in to learn what they need without too much direction. It's exciting and offers a lot of opportunity if you've got an entrepreneurial streak, but can be challenging for folks who prefer more structure.
