Pros
- Technology focused company - Great team of hard working and technically skilled individuals - Leaders care about their employees - Most "Techies" are also very good with customers - Techs care about doing a great job for the customers - Problem solving culture where innovation and creative solutions are encouraged
Cons
- Can be very busy depending on project loads - Can be a little disorganized internally (being organized is v important)
