Pros

Despite the office being closed for more than 2 years, Vertic has been able to maintain a great work culture and community virtually. For the past two years, Vertic offered awesome flexibility in how employees can work and was able to keep fostering a fun and meaningful culture.

Cons

Not related to Vertic specifically, but with remote work comes more zoom/ teams meetings!
