Pros

• Technical Training • Plethora of tools provided • You’ll have positions to work on day 1 • Ability to run a full desk and encouraged to build your own brand/business within VerticalMove

Cons

It is an agency environment, you’re given the tools and training, then it’s sink or swim. You either have the skin for agency recruiting culture or you don’t.

Pros

Transparency was a massive factor for me in coming to Verticalmove. I was blind-sighted in every direction in my previous role, and at Verticalmove I have visibility into everything I need to be successful. Technical training is top-tier! We're hiring A-Player engineering talent, and we need to be able to speak the lingo. Engineers get beat up everyday by sub-par recruiters and they don't want to talk to recruiters who don't understand what they do beyond their title. Matthew goes over and beyond with the technical training—making even the most complicated functions simple to understand. Truly the master of analogies! What we do is hard. The support system from this team blows my mind daily! We're all highly-motivated and disciplined people, but even sometimes the best need help and anyone here would drop everything to provide value where it's needed to help the team be successful. Encouragement to define your own destiny! Verticalmove offers everything you could ask for and more to be a $M biller, you just have to want it bad enough! Challenge accepted!

Cons

Not a single thing! There's a whole lot of passion on this team! If you're disciplined, self-motivated, and eager to put in the work—you'll do great things here!

Pros

I have been in the staffing industry for a few years now. I have worked at other Staffing firms directly in Scottsdale and Phoenix. What sold me on Verticalmove is the attention to detail in tech training. As well you can continuously learn with their online learning platform Trainual which adds more content every week. Tons of opportunities to make a lot of money if you put in the work. Work with some of the biggest brands in the Fortune 100 for being a small organization that is extremely impressive. Sales drive organizations focused on results and effort. If you're looking to make good money, immerse yourself in tech, and are looking for a good culture. Then Verticalmove should be a great fit.

Cons

Feel like I have been given all the tools to succeed and have been invested in. We work out of an Industrious in Old Town. I wish that the staff at Industrious could have a little bit more hospitality but that is a separate organization from Verticalmove.
