Pros: people, positive culture, benefits, leadership, I’ve enjoy working here. The culture is genuinely supportive, and the smaller employee base makes it easy to collaborate and feel connected to the work. The organization is clearly mission-driven, and leadership is committed to meaningful change and thinking ahead. It’s refreshing to be part of a forward-looking team that values both people and progress.
