The management here is very transparent, No secret lay offs or hidden budget details. If you want to walk into Chris's(DEO) office an pitch an Idea, do it! There is very little bureaucracy and politics.

Cons

You are a contractor, so while your local management might be good, your client is a roll of the dice.
