      Pros

      Having worked at Via for many years and had a successful career progression from practitioner through to the learning and development team and now a learning lead, I would say that Via is a company with heart. I'm honoured to be in a position to train our amazing employees - their dedication and skills that support people who use our services is second to none and I wouldn't want to work for another charity within substance misuse. I'm involved as a Mental health first aider and support our MHFA project here which supports our wonderful staff in many ways - we hold social events to promote well being - another strand of our caring Via community

      Cons

      We work hard and need to have a true commitment to support people who use our services in a trauma informed way (this is not actually a downside however I think it's part of what makes us effective and special!)
