      Pros

      Great training, Great networking, Great extra curricular functions/outings, Fast changing exciting field, Great work life balance and local travel make this a good company over all!

      Cons

      Lines change often, accounts get shuffled ( at least in my territory) frequently as well and the bosses seemed to favor fraternizing over knowledge

      Victory enables a salesperson to do what they do best: sell. Very professionally run, and succeeding in an era where other semiconductor rep firms are merging or cutting back

      Cons

      The rep business is challenging, but it can be very rewarding
